Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of predixova.com and the Predixova service (the "Service"), operated by ANAS Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Predixova.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any sanctions or denied-persons list that would prohibit us from providing service to you.
• You must use only your real email address when registering. One account per person.

Predixova is an AI-powered analytics platform that produces predictions about future price movements across cryptocurrency, equity, foreign exchange, and memecoin markets. We provide:

• A directional score from 0 to 100 indicating bullish / bearish conviction.
• A Glass-Box breakdown showing the inputs (technical, news, social, macro) that produced the score.
• A probabilistic forecast cone showing potential price ranges over short horizons.
• An auditable per-user track record of your past calls.

Predixova does NOT:

• Provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Execute trades on your behalf or send orders to brokers or exchanges.
• Guarantee any particular prediction or outcome.
• Promise or insinuate that following Predixova's output will be profitable.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Predixova's output is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice.
• Past performance of Predixova's predictions is not indicative of future results.
• Financial markets are volatile and unpredictable. You can lose all of your invested capital.
• We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FCA, ESMA, CIRO, or any other financial regulator as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or registered representative.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any losses or gains you incur.
• Before acting on any Predixova output, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at contact@anascanada.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account whether authorized by you or not.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Predixova operates on a credit-based system, where each prediction costs one credit:

• Free trial credits may be granted to new accounts at our discretion. They are subject to these same Terms.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days in a cancelled period.
• One-time credit packsare non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where local law requires otherwise (e.g. EU consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal, where applicable).
• Credits never expire while your account is in good standing.
• Credits are non-transferable. They cannot be moved between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription until payment is resolved. After 30 days of non-payment we may terminate the account.
• We may change prices for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscriptions are honoured at their original price until the next renewal after our notice to you.

You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Predixova's engine or models.
• Scrape, harvest, or programmatically download Predixova's outputs at scale (beyond what your subscribed credit allotment permits).
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account with others.
• Use Predixova's predictions to engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any other illegal market conduct.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Service or interfere with other users.
• Use Predixova in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Predixova, the Predixova logo, the Glass-Box brand, and all underlying software, models, and data are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. notes you attach to a prediction in a future feature). By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our control (network outages, third-party provider failures, force majeure). We do not refund credits or subscription fees for downtime under 24 consecutive hours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that any predictions will be accurate or profitable; or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of trading capital, lost data, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predixova, its operators, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g. liability limits, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify signed-in users via in-app message or email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in the context of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
